Fun mart is the driving company of the CATC project,
the company was founded on February of 2001. Founder Mr. Khoo
Ah Loi saw the effect China 's growth is having on International
consumerism and trade. The goal of the company is to create a
seamless platform for businessmen of China and ASEAN to effectively
cooperate and create markets for all Chinese products. This goal
translates into an action plan that is the CATC project.
Company Vision
Vision: To create a new model of business
that leverages on the China effect, ASEAN's close proximity to
the China and the benefits of ICT systems.

The Management
Founder Mr. Khoo Ah Loi
Role : Directing the vision of CATC, liaisons
with Chinese suppliers and Chinese government officials.
Background : Mr. Khoo Ah Loi is the Chairman
of Funmart Wholesale Centre Sdn Bhd. He is a mechanical engineer
from Singapore Polytechnic (1973). Mr. Khoo Ah Loi has been running
his own business for the last 30 years. Mr. Khoo Ah Loi's business interest
covers International Logistic and freight forwarding, manufacturing
of consumer goods and property development in Malaysia , Singapore
and Batam , Indonesia . China City is the brain child of Mr. Khoo Ah Loi,
developed to revolutionize the retail industry in Malaysia . He
has been working tirelessly on the project for the past 3 years,
refining its concept and validating its principles.
Co-Founder Syed Mustafa
Role : Liaisons with Malaysian Government officials
and providing insights and feed back from the Bumiputra Business
community.
Background : Syed is a practicing electrical
engineer. He graduated from Universiti Technologi Malaysia . He
is an alumni of Malay College , Kuala Kangsar and Royal Military
College . Syed started his career as an engineer with JKR and
subsequently moved to Petronas. Currently he runs his own electrical
consultancy practice.
